Rumors indicate the One UI 7.0 beta will debut sometime in the first two weeks of December. If Samsung doesn't defy years of tradition, it will first open access to the Galaxy S24 series. Other eligible models will get the beta a few weeks later, possibly with or around the second phase of the program for the Galaxy S24/+/Ultra.
During that second phase, Samsung will also expand the availability to Galaxy S24 owners in more countries. The first phase—i.e. the initial release—will include three markets, and for those wondering, they are Germany, Korea, and the United States.
These three countries always get One UI beta updates before others, and we don't expect that to change this year. Just like it's impossible to pinpoint an exact date for the launch of these beta programs, it's impossible to say when the second phase will start.
Once the second phase starts, Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra owners in the United Kingdom, India, Poland, and China will get to join the fun (the Chinese release may not 100% coincide with the UK, India, and Poland). The second beta build for Germany, Korea, and the US will become the first build for the other markets.
The beta will likely come to the Galaxy S23 series after the S24/+/Ultra. We don't expect the S23 or S24 Fan Edition model to get it. The same goes for the Galaxy S21 FE, but the Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra probably won't get it either.
