Samsung reveals which Galaxy devices get Audio Eraser with One UI 7

Samsung has revealed the list of existing Galaxy smartphones and tablets that will get the Audio Eraser feature with the One UI 7.0 update.

Earlier today, Samsung announced that it will start rolling out the stable One UI 7.0 update to existing Galaxy devices early next month. It also revealed which devices will get the first dibs on the new software and which devices will get Audio Eraser, which is a useful Galaxy AI feature.

One UI 7.0 to bring Audio Eraser to 2024 flagship phones, tablets

The Audio Eraser, which helps remove unwanted noise or sounds from videos, debuted with the Galaxy S25 series earlier this year. That feature will trickle down to older Samsung flagships released in 2024. Those devices include the ones listed below.

Galaxy S24

Galaxy S24+

Galaxy S24 Ultra

Galaxy S24 FE

Galaxy Z Flip 6

Galaxy Z Fold 6

Galaxy Tab S10+

Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra

All the devices listed above have already received the One UI 7.0 beta update, but none of them currently have Audio Eraser. So, either Samsung will add that feature in future beta releases or directly bring it to those phones and tablets with the stable One UI 7.0 update.

What is Audio Eraser on Samsung phones and tablets?

Audio Eraser can analyze videos to identify up to six types of sounds in them. Once those sounds are identified, you can increase or decrease their volume (or mute them completely), depending on your preferences.

For example, using the Audio Eraser, you can remove wind noise or voices of people in the background from your videos and increase the volume of your family members or friends. This makes the video more immersive and valuable.
